sorry for not updating in a while. the season has started and now i have to share the camera with andy for guest shots. he has also been hoggin' the computer editing some of his wedding shots from last weekend. i helped him shoot a little bit but i think i took more pictures of the kiddos with mohawks than the bride.

rowe was playing in his room yesterday and it seemed a bit too quiet. what do you know - he had somehow climbed into the crib and i caught him trying to climb back out of it. toddler bed here we come.

andy always knows what i'm going to get him for his birthday, christmas, anything. he just knows, it's wild. he called this one when he saw the shutterfly package. he mentioned a while back that he needed a mouse pad for all the editing he was going to be doing for his black lab outfitter website, so i thought father's day was appropriate. this way rowe can help with all of that editing.

mowing

there are not many times when rowe will sit still for an extended period of time...but this is one example. the second picture is probably an hour after the first picture, totally content. you might also notice andy has on 'ear-protection,' while rowe's are 'un-protected,' no cause for concern, andy is only wearing those so he can hear the ipod better.

year

just noticed that a year has passed since i started this ole blog. wanted to commerate with a pic of rowe from last june. wild hair then, wild hair now.

here's another set of pics from lac and rowe's play-date. i fear this is a little preview of rowe's sharing ability. he needs some work to say the least.

last

this weekend was the last full weekend of the summer for us. guests start pulling in this coming saturday. so andy celebrated with one of his 'loves' - smokin' chickens. since it is an all day activity, he and wray threw on some poppers for sustenance.

we watched laci lou yesterday while the other kiddos were at a rodeo. here are the two little toots just checking things out outside.

birdie

here's an update on birdie mae. andy is pretty psyched about her training thus far. she's a fiesty little thing. poor charlie p doesn't get much rest in between birdie & ole rowe.

wray

you can barely make out wray, the ranch's head chef, in the first pic. he will slowly come up to rowe, and then pounce, and then rowe just looses it. it's so funny.
