b-day
momma lee had to scoot back to texas today. we had so much fun, so much good food, and so much good momma lee time. we got to spend rowe's birthday together, which was so fun, too. momma lee held down the fort for us yesterday & she said that rowe kept saying all day long, "my name is rowen galloway lee & i am a four year old boy." he just wanted to make sure everyone was on the same page. i get it:-)
fish
momma lee helped me make rowe's fish cupcakes for the big 4 year old throw down. more pics to come. i'll take no credit for the creativity on this one. found them in a magazine and they were totally non-crafty friendly.

wild
so this one has been a trip lately. she says crazy stuff all day long. started peeing in the potty on christmas. a couple days before that, swallowed what she told us was a quarter and then several much awaited days later, pooped out a dime. i will never be able to thank eileen enough for that. yesterday, she hosed an entire tube of chapstick as well as a bite of a non-toxic, thank you jesus, glow bracelet. i mean the child is into trouble. she sure is cute though.
pool
the biggest hit of christmas was getting a pool from moni & winnie & crew, and then of all craziness, swimming on christmas day on the back porch.

MOMMA LEE and we are so excited. once again, dang it, pics to come later. here is one from the everglades. there are a ton of different eco systems in the park, i'm learning this at work, but i think this one, the coastal prairie is so pretty.

job
so i'm a working woman again, which is why i haven't posted in a while. so a little history - in our tiny, tiny town i was thinking i would never find a job, but in steps the Lord. we moved in on tuesday - found a job on friday. i have been overwhelmed by His tenderness. i know i'm behind a bit from thanksgiving, but i am truly thankful for his care as of late. so i'm working in the national park, right up the road from our house. i literally ride my bike to work everyday. missing the punkies like crazy, but again, the timing of all of this, for eileen to be with us right now, it is literally a god-send. i don't mean that in the corny way either. so i'm off on monday and tuesday, so i'll catch up with pics and the happenings as of late. eileen's family finally arrived from germany so we are eating all kinds of yummy things that no one can pronounce. more to come soon.
