in other news, rowe tied his first fly, we had our first family fishing trip since we moved back to the everglades, and of course, some dressing up.  rowe is quite adamant that he is NOT wondewoman in this garb, but wonderMAN.

wonder woman came in the mail today and chap will never be the same:-)  sweet momma lee, what an adorable costume.  thank you thank you.  pretty soon we will have the entire justice league in our costume bin! so my favorite of these pics is below.  all the wonder woman running around and poor chap was so hot she literally laid down on the driveway, but laid just as wonder woman herself would lay, slightly posed for her next photo shoot. hilarious.

missing you and your crew, lil:-) poor chap is surrounded by boys down here .we had such a fun, sweet, & girly summer up in pcb thanks to these cuties.  love ya'll stacy fam.  it was perfect for rowe though,  he needs a little more gentle in his life.  anyway, for chap's bday party, we had a little coloring station and sweet chap was the only one coloring - the other  kiddos, all boys, were not having it. hilarious, but it made me think of  lily, ruby, and sela - these girls would have been all about coloring stations:-)

playground

there's an old school little playground right across the street from us and we usually scoot over right before dark so it is not quite so hot.  the resort is for snowbirds so it is practically empty right now which means more sliding time for these two.

tarzan

tarzan is a new favorite in our house. i think mainly because it requires little to no clothes since it is SO HOT down here, plus he gets to swing on things.  what could be better.  good thing tarzan's dad knows how to tie all kinds of knots.

sprinkles

couple pics of sweet chap, helping make her cupcakes and of course enjoying them as well. we sort of had a 'sprinkles party' that morphed into a costume party.  above you may see spiderman, rapunzel, and princess henry:-)  tried to get a little crafty with chap's favorite song - you are my sunshine - and it sort of turned out.  small sewing project as well.  chap took off her 3 shirt so that she could be rapunzel and my sewing success has seriously disappeared. can't find the shirt or her skirt anywhere. strange, but all in all, the punkies had a great time.
